Located in the west end of Edmonton, the Hamptons is a newer residential development consisting primarily of single-family homes. A number of duplexes are also available, and almost all homes are owner occupied. This neighbourhood is still being developed, so it’s a great place for those who want to build their own homes or who want to purchase new construction. The development features a walking trail and naturalized ponds.
Major roads near this neighbourhood include the Anthony Henday Drive, which delivers access to southern locations such as the Edmonton International Airport. Other thoroughfares are Winterburn Road to the north and 45 Avenue to the south.
