A mixed-use residential and commercial community, Terra Losa is a newer area of Edmonton. Most of its homes were constructed between the years 1991 and 2001, and some 75 percent are condominium buildings under five stories in height. Interspersed among the condos are rental properties, duplexes and row houses. There are no single-family homes in Terra Losa, but most of the homes here are owner-occupied.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Chris Proctor and the team! Completely professional, responsive and ethical, they brought the best skill sets to the sale of our custom home, including the home stager, photographer, videographer, office staff and of course Chris to handle the transaction. We're so glad we went with the Proctor Team; the house sold within days of listing! These are the professionals you want on your side to sell your home. Who knew selling our home could be this pleasant?
