Queen Mary Park is an inner city Edmonton neighbourhood located right outside Edmonton’s downtown core. The neighbourhood is just south of 111 Avenue, and was named after Queen Mary of Teck, Canada’s Queen from 1910-1936. Most of Queen Mary Park was developed between the 1950s and the 1970s.

Many of the residences in this neighbourhood are apartments and most are occupied by renters. However, there are also single family residences here, which are mostly owner occupied. Queen Mary Park is a great neighbourhood for first time buyers, because there are many condos for sale for great prices. Single family homes can be found at good prices, too. The neighbourhood is walking and transit friendly, and offers easy access to all of Edmonton’s amenities via the LRT system.
