Many of the residences in this neighbourhood are apartments and most are occupied by renters. However, there are also single family residences here, which are mostly owner occupied. Queen Mary Park is a great neighbourhood for first time buyers, because there are many condos for sale for great prices. Single family homes can be found at good prices, too.
