The Proctor team is simply outstanding. As we started to think about downsizing, we worked with Chris for a couple of years, looking at very specific properties in communities we liked. We finally purchased a home under intense pressure as there were multiple offers and Chris's advice helped us be the successful bidder. We then listed our old home with him and he had a fabulous team of people help us get it ready to sell (staging, photography, inspection). It was a difficult time to sell and our 113 year old house had its challenges. Chris, Patti, and Shannon stayed with us through it all, representing our home in a positive light, hosting open houses, arranging showings, and following up with realtors and potential buyers.
