During COVID-19 we were quite uncertain whether or not it was a good time to sell 2 of our revenue properties. We contacted Patti Proctor who quickly arranged a viewing of the properties, provided us with a very in depth market analysis and suggested selling prices which we were very comfortable with. The preparation for listing the properties, the notice of showings all went very smoothly. As these revenue properties had tenants, we were very please that we received sufficient notice of showings and were keep very informed of the showing progress. But what is most impressive is that both houses were sole within 10 days from listing date to sale date!
