Some of the Parkdale residences here were built before the second World War, but most were built between the end of the war and 1960. Most of the homes in this neighbourhood are single family residences, but there are also condos, duplexes and row houses. I was very excited to buy my first condo. Having a vague idea of what I wanted, and being very particular, I thought Chris had his work cut out for him.

We went exploring numerous properties in several neighborhoods, at all times convenient to my schedule. I was impressed when he would point out all aspects of a property, both positive and negative.
