Although most of the locals may not be interested in strengthening their pastoral knowledge, having this establishment nearby means that there's only so much urban expansion to contend with. Edmonton planners are famous for their love of smooth zoning transitions, so this low- to medium-density mature area has a high chance of remaining fittingly calm and accessible.
