I was very excited to buy my first condo. Having a vague idea of what I wanted, and being very particular, I thought Chris had his work cut out for him.
We went exploring numerous properties in several neighborhoods, at all times convenient to my schedule. I was impressed when he would point out all aspects of a property, both positive and negative. I also appreciated quick answers to my many questions, and added advice which raised important issues and ideas I had never really thought of.
