Chris Proctor and his team are very diligent and accommodating to my father’s request when selling his home. In a week time there were showings and 2 offers made. Basically the place was sold in a week. We can never ask for faster service than this. They communicate well and their DropBox system works perfectly in getting updates. Plus they did an awesome virtual staging of the place and it made it more appealing to buyers when viewing in MLS. Thank you Chris for your patience and I will be seeking your assistance next year when it’s my turn.
