Downtown Edmonton: The Downtown neighbourhood is really a collection of districts and sub-areas in Edmonton that include a wide array of amenities and features for home buyers. Oliver: The Oliver neighbourhood of Edmonton is one of the oldest and densest in the city. Bonnie Doon: Located just south of downtown, this is a mature neighbourhood annexed by Edmonton in the early 1900s.
