Strathcona Homes

Strathcona is located just north of Whyte Avenue and overlooks the North Saskatchewan River. The neighbourhood was built primarily after World War II, with many of the homes being apartments and low rise condominiums. There are, however, some single family homes here, as well. Many of Strathcona’s residents are renters. Many of Strathcona’s older residences have been beautifully remodeled in recent years.

Strathcona is great for first time home buyers. Nicely remodeled condos are available at great prices, with plenty of amenities for buyers. Single family bungalows are also nicely priced.
