Like West Jasper Place, West Meadowlark Park became affiliated with the city of Edmonton when Edmonton and Jasper Place amalgamated in 1964. West Meadowlark Park is located just to the east of the West Edmonton Mall. The vast majority of the neighbourhood’s residences were constructed between the post-World War II years and 1980.

This is a great place for the single professional, particularly if they are also a first time home buyer. Prices here are reasonable and the community is very conveniently located.
