Pollard Meadows is a neighbourhood in south Edmonton that is part of the Southwood Community. It is located south of 23rd Avenue, north and west of Mill Woods Road. This neighbourhood dates back to the 1970s, but most of the homes were built in the 1980s. However, there is still room for growth in this neighbourhood of single family homes, apartments and row houses.
