Having moved back from the USA, my wife and I were temporarily housed in her home place on a farm near Camrose, AB so we had to commute an hour into Edmonton to check out homes (mostly condominiums)where we wanted to locate. We were referred to the Proctor Team by a friend of our daughter who had used them for a move from Camrose to Edmonton. We met with Chris and he very quickly developed an understanding of who we were, what we were looking for and what we could afford. He accommodated our schedule even in winter commutes as we narrowed in on a place. In the process he with the support of his assistant, Shannon, and business partner, Patti, patiently arranged for multiple viewings of places we had interest in. When the place we are now in came available he very professionally worked on the offer process not wanting us to overpay but at the same time have our offers be taken seriously. At our request he also provided recommendations for a mortgage broker and lawyers which was very helpful.
