North Central Edmonton Property Listings 

Edmonton's North Central zone hosts a bouquet of interesting sights, events, tastes and sounds that make life here extremely exciting. True, it's not nearly as forested as some other parts of the city, but North Central Edmonton manages to strike a nice balance between being totally urban and respecting nature. Notably, the area's southernmost districts possess ample amounts of green real estate in the form of riverside parks, golf courses, conservation areas and other perks that one might be surprised to find just a stone's throw away from the metropolitan centre.

Noteworthy Subdivisions

North Central Edmonton is composed of a number of boroughs. These include Delton, Alberta Avenue, Eastwood, Prince Rupert, Elmwood Park, Westmount, Westwood, Parkdale, Queen Mary Park and Spruce Avenue.
