As a real estate lawyer practising in Edmonton for many years, when it came time to sell our house we called Patti Proctor. She has always provided consistently great service to our mutual clients.
The Proctor team provided superb listing presentation of our home, professional photographs and brochures and polished internet and social media marketing.
During the listing period we received immediate response to queries and a weekly showing report. Expert guidance and professional courteous customer service made the process stress free.
In a difficult housing market Patti and her team employed outstanding professional skill in selling our home.
A huge thank you to Patti and the Proctor Team for their effort and dedication.
