We have used Chris for two deals in the last four years on an investment property in Park Allen We used him both to buy the property and then a couple years later when it was time to move on and sell. I am a realtor in the Vancouver area for over 15 years so I feel I "may" have a good idea what kind of service a consumer should receive from a Realtor. Chris is so knowledgeable in the market in Edmonton and expands that to development and local zoning bylaws that are sometimes required. (as was in the case of our purchase and sale.) Sometimes busy realtors such as Chris miss not returning phone calls or email or it goes to an assistant. Chris almost always answered and if not he got back to us in a timely manner. On the sale he had to deal with tenants we had and did so in a professional and tactful manner keeping them happy. Chris did not ask me to review him as most will do but I offered and I apologize Chris this is long overdue.
