We have used Chris for two deals in the last four years on an investment property in Park Allen We used him both to buy the property and then a couple years later when it was time to move on and sell. I am a realtor in the Vancouver area for over 15 years so I feel I "may" have a good idea what kind of service a consumer should receive from a Realtor. Chris is so knowledgeable in the market in Edmonton and expands that to development and local zoning bylaws that are sometimes required. (as was in the case of our purchase and sale.)
