We have used Chris for two deals in the last four years on an investment property in Park Allen We used him both to buy the property and then a couple years later when it was time to move on and sell. I am a realtor in the Vancouver area for over 15 years so I feel I "may" have a good idea what kind of service a consumer should receive from a Realtor.
