We (my husband and I) were moving from Toronto to Edmonton and needed a realtor that was willing to help us long distance and work around a 2 hour time difference. Chris was accessible to us any time, he was incredibly dedicated and made us feel secure in our transaction despite being across the country and not being able to negotiate the terms of sale in person. We did have some challenges with the sellers but Chris was very efficient and reliable in helping us deal with all the issues LONG after our possession and closing date.
