Five stars. We needed to move to accommodate our growing family and Chris walked us through the entire process, which we were completely unfamiliar with. He made one of the most stressful things you can deal with, selling and buying with two very young kids, as smooth as it realistically could have been. Chris provided great guidance on negotiation and strategy, and his team was excellent when it came to advice on staging our home for pictures/showings. He was always available to answer questions or address concerns. Having someone we could genuinely trust representing us was priceless and I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone I know who is buying or selling a home.
