More about Glenwood Homes

Most of the development in the area occurred in the three decades after the Second World War. About half the homes are single family residences and about half are apartments, most of which are rented. This is a fairly transient neighbourhood, because of the high number of rental units, but many of the condos offer great value, particularly for the first time buyer.

Glenwood is a very transit friendly neighbourhood, with the ETS Jasper Place terminal is located at the northeast point of the neighbourhood.
