I've bought 3 properties using Chris Proctor from Proctor team. Chris really cares about you and reaching your goals in purchasing a property. He's extremely knowledgeable on what to look for that other realtors may not know or want to point out. His knowledge was especially beneficial to me when looking for investment properties, either to renovate and flip or to just rent out. I always recommend him to friends whenever I can. I've learnt a lot from him over my purchases.
