Bulyea Heights is a newer residential community in the southwest portion of Edmonton. Bulyea Heights is located east of Terwilliger Drive, north of Rabbit Hill Road, and east of the White Mud Creek Ravine. This area of mostly single family homes was primarily developed during the late '80s and early '90s.
