We (my husband and I) were moving from Toronto to Edmonton and needed a realtor that was willing to help us long distance and work around a 2 hour time difference. He spent a couple days with us exclusively when we made a special trip to Edmonton for house hunting...he went so far as to show us a property at 10:00pm just so we would make the most of our trip! Chris was accessible to us any time, he was incredibly dedicated and made us feel secure in our transaction despite being across the country and not being able to negotiate the terms of sale in person. We did have some challenges with the sellers but Chris was very efficient and reliable in helping us deal with all the issues LONG after our possession and closing date. I would most definitely recommend Chris and would absolutely hire him again. My husband and I felt as though we had a real partner with Chris.
